Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return period from the date you receive your order. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@playandposh.com.au. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@playandposh.com.au so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original piece in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch your replacement item.

If your preferred item is unavailable, store credit will be issued via a unique code for use on a future purchase.

If you require a replacement urgently, such as for an upcoming event, we recommend purchasing the desired item immediately to secure availability. Once your return has been received, store credit will be issued for the original item.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for items that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
